Transactions are made by credit card through our secure website. MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Personal information collected through our website is confidential. We are committed to protecting and not disclosing this data.
You can proceed by Interac transfer using our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, the total amount of the transaction must be made as soon as the order is placed.
Shipping costs, anywhere in Canada
- Free with any purchase of $100 or more (before taxes).
* Wedding, private label candles & wholesale prices: delivery charges apply.
- Fixed fee of $10 for any purchase of $100 or less for shipments on the Island of Montreal.
- $15 flat fee for purchases under $100.
Your package will be shipped by Canada Post within two business days of your purchase.
Canada: 2-3 business days after the package is shipped. We are not responsible for delivery times from the carrier.
Pick up in-store
We offer you the possibility of picking up your order directly at the store during our business hours, Thursday and Friday between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. as well as Saturday between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. The option is available when ordering online.
Exchange or credit note only
Authorized within 14 days of the shipping date.
Products must be in their original condition and not used. Items sold on sale are final sales.

Shipping costs are not refundable and those for the return of goods are not covered (unless broken during transport).
If an online item should be out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the production deadline or we will give you a refund as soon as possible.
