Payment methods
Credit card 
Transactions are made by credit card through our secure website. Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Personal information collected through our website is confidential. We are committed to protecting and not disclosing this data.

Interac e-Transfer
You can proceed by Interac transfer using our email address: info@tlees.co, the total amount of the transaction must be made as soon as the order is placed.

Shipping costs, anywhere in Canada

  • Free with any purchase of $100 or more (before taxes).
    * Wedding, private label candles & wholesale prices: delivery charges apply.
  • Fixed fee of $12 for any purchase of $100 or less for shipments on the Island of Montreal.
  • $18 flat fee for purchases under $100.

Any package returned to T. Lees because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be redirected at the customer's expense.

Expedition
Your package will be shipped by Canada Post within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

Delivery time
Canada: 2-3 business days after the package is shipped. We are not responsible for delivery times from the carrier.

Pick up in-store
We offer you the possibility of picking up your order directly at the store during our business hours. The option is available when ordering online.

We keep all orders in store for 3 months. Past this deadline, orders will be cancelled and reimbursed minus a processing fee of 20%.

Exchanges
Authorized within 14 days from date of shipment or store purchase with proof of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition and unused. Discounted items, limited edition collections, DIY products and accessories are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and costs associated with returning items online are the responsibility of the customer (some exceptions may apply).
