Exchanges
Authorized within 14 days from date of shipment or store purchase with proof of purchase from our online store or at our whorkshop location.

Items must be in their original condition and unused. Discounted or personnalized items, DIY products and accessories are final sale.

Before returning an item, please contact us by email: info@tlees.co.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and costs associated with returning items online are the responsibility of the customer (some exceptions may apply).

Pick up in store
We keep all orders in store for 30 days. Past this deadline, orders will be cancelled and reimbursed minus 20% handling fee. No refund possible on custom or discounted product.
